I was recently tagged by my good friend from Colorado, Laura, with a tagging experiement with the topic of "Secrets to Dealing with Adversity". Instead of blog this one, I thought I would podcast it.
I also want to add one more secret that I forgot to mention in the podcast. If all else fails take a nap, and get a good night sleep. Somehow rest always manages to comfort me and shed new light on a situation.
